Nora is certified in Vinyasa Yoga - 500 RYT Yoga Alliance Certification. 200 Yoga Hour Teacher Training through My Vinyasa Practice. Certification is accredited through National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and the International Association of Yoga Specialists (IAYS). Certified in Yoga Nidra. Nora has been practicing Hatha Yoga for over 20 years and embraces continuous education in Yoga Therapy. Featured on Natural Awakenings Magazine.
